[VT – Philadelphia PA January 31, 2026] Cherelle L. Parker, Mayor of Philadelphia, hosted a memorial observance marking the one-year anniversary of the Northeast Philadelphia plane crash at the Engine 71 Fire Station in Northeast Philadelphia.
The ceremony honored the victims, recognized the first responders who took part in rescue efforts, and offered support to community members affected by the tragedy. Engine 71 was among the first emergency units to respond to the crash scene, making it a location of special significance for the commemoration.
