Verizon has launched the “Small Business Digital Ready” program, providing digital support resources to small businesses across the United States, including online courses, expert coaching, and grant application opportunities.
According to the National ACE (National Association for Community Empowerment), participating businesses can access a range of online learning content through the platform, covering areas such as digital marketing, brand development, e-commerce operations, and financial management. The courses are delivered online, allowing businesses to select content based on their individual needs.
In addition, the program offers one-on-one coaching sessions and workshops, enabling participants to communicate with professionals in relevant fields and discuss specific business challenges.
In terms of resources, the program includes a business networking component, allowing participants to share information and connect with others. Eligible businesses may also apply for grants provided through the program to support business-related development expenses.
The program is promoted through partner organizations, including National ACE, which provide information and access channels to community-based businesses.
The program is currently open for registration, and businesses can apply through the online platform.
