His professional background includes serving as a federal prosecutor, contributing to the confirmation of judges and justices during Trump’s first term, and clerking for two Federal Appeals Court judges. Scharf is a Harvard Law School graduate with honors and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University.
