The appointments are as follows:

- Stephen Miller will return to the White House as Assistant to the President, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, and Homeland Security Advisor. Miller, a key architect of Trump’s policy agenda during his first term, served as Senior Advisor for Policy in the prior administration.
- James Blair will take on the role of Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative, Political, and Public Affairs. Blair, who served as Political Director for the Trump Campaign and Republican National Committee (RNC), brings extensive experience in managing political operations and staff.
