Mayor Cherelle L. Parker Announces Resignation of Amy Eusebio, Executive Director of the Office of Immigrant Affairs

Philadelphia January 22, 2025— Mayor Cherelle L. Parker announced today that Amy Eusebio, Executive Director of the Office of Immigrant Affairs (OIA), will resign effective Friday, January 24, 2025. Eusebio, who has served in this role since 2019, is recognized for her leadership in the immigrant community.

Eusebio joined the City in 2018 as Director of the Municipal ID Program and has more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit social services. She focused on developing culturally responsive programs for immigrant communities.

“I thank Amy Eusebio for her service, particularly her dedication to Philadelphia’s immigrant community,” said Mayor Cherelle L. Parker.

Eusebio collaborated closely with the Mayor’s Commissions on Asian Pacific American Affairs and African and Caribbean Immigrant Affairs to expand their impact and services.

“It has been an honor to lead the Office of Immigrant Affairs, and I am grateful to the mayor and all of the partners who have supported immigrant inclusion,” said Eusebio.

The Parker Administration will begin a national search for Eusebio’s successor.
